This is a a Junior event for 10 - 17 years. All juniors must be accompanied by and adult (minimum of one adult per 2 children).
On booking a Junior event, all the usual SSGH T + C apply which are on the website. In addition all Juniors ( 10-17years) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 26years, one adult to accompany a max of 2 children who will take full responsibility for the Juniors in their 'bubble'. All groups of Juniors/Parents will be accompanied with SSGH team leaders. You will have access to paranormal equipment, however unlike over 18 events there will be no taking part in seances, human pendulum experiments or the use of spirit boards. Use of cameras is allowed, but slightly restricted because of the age of guests attending, this will be explained when attending on the night. Wortley Top Forge Junior Event, August 18th, 5pm till 9pm. Refreshments will be provided. Booking for this event will be going on the website soon.

Wortley Top Forge is the oldest surviving heavy iron forge in the world with records dating the existing buildings back to 17th century.
Recent evidence indicates that Cistercian monks may have settled in this area as early as 11th century. You will have access to Workers Cottages Forge Building Smithy Workshop/Engineering building.
